Growtrics Pte. Ltd. (Growtrics, we, us, or our) provides digital learning services through subscription-based access on our website. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds, cancellations, and billing matters in connection with purchases made on the Growtrics website.
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
Growtrics delivers digital services and content that are made available immediately upon successful payment. As such, all payments are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Unused time or remaining access
- Early cancellation of a subscription
2. Free Trial Period
- No payment will be charged until the free trial period ends.
- You may cancel at any time during the free trial to avoid being charged.
- Once the free trial converts into a paid subscription, the terms of this Refund Policy apply.
3. Subscription Cancellations
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges.
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
- Access to Growtrics remains available until the end of the paid subscription term.
4. Exceptions and Refund Review
Refunds may be reviewed and granted at Growtrics’ discretion in limited circumstances, including:
- Duplicate charges caused by a system error
- Incorrect billing amount charged
- Verified technical issues that prevent access to Growtrics for a prolonged period
- Charges made after a confirmed cancellation
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
5. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy
Upon receiving an explicit request for a refund by the user via email to support@growtrics.ai, we will review within 10 business days if it meets the following criterions:
- The user must explicitly express and prove both qualitatively and quantitatively that they have not had a meaningful academic improvement during the time of usage by the app.
- The refund request can only be made during the course of the first plan purchased after the free trial period. Hence, no subsequent plan will be allowed for this guarantee policy.
- The user has ensured a moderate usage of the app for a minimum of 30 hours and completed at least 200 questions.
Should the criterions be satisfied, the refund process will take no longer than 30 calendar days from the time of review approval. Any and all decisions by the Company are final and cannot be further disputed.
6. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unresolved chargebacks may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to the Growtrics platform.

While we strive to ensure continuous availability, Growtrics does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Access may be temporarily limited or unavailable due to:

- System updates or improvements
- Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
Such interruptions do not constitute a failure of software delivery.
6. Updates and Modifications

These updates may occur automatically and do not require user consent. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such updates.
7. Access Restrictions and Suspension
Growtrics reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access where:

- Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is detected
- Required payments are not successfully processed
