01Technology-led execution

Build the solution.Build the team.Put it to work.

Bring us the business problem. We work out the right technology, people and operating model, then build it, deploy it and run it. Accountable for the outcome, not just the delivery.

03The Problem

Technology is easy to buy.Execution is not.

Most organisations can buy software, models and tools. The hard part is everything around them: knowing what to build, finding the people to build it, getting it into production, and keeping it running once it is live.

05Forward Deployed Engineering

Engineers whowork closeto the problem, not from a distance

A hand reaching in from the right, its index finger touching a node in a lattice of connected points, sending a signal outward.

Forward Deployed Engineering is how we bring technology into production for complex, real-world problems. Our engineers don’t simply receive specifications and write code. They work alongside the people who understand the problem, understand the environment the technology has to operate in, and stay involved through deployment.

  1. 01

    Start with a specific problem

Work closely with the people closest to it, in the workflows where it happens.

  2. 02

    Build in the real environment

Build and validate the solution where it has to run, not in a demo.

  3. 03

    Measure, then improve

Measure whether it makes a difference; then improve it, and scale what works.

This helps organisations move beyond experiments and prototypes, turning technology into reliable systems that work in the real world.

How Growtrics engineers, client teams and production systems work togetherGrowtrics engineers and client teams form one team. They define the problem together and exchange domain knowledge and feedback. Together they build, deploy and operate the solution in production systems, which send measurement signals back to the team. One embedded teamdefine together ↓feedback ↑build · deploy · operate ↓A / GrowtricsForward deployed engineersdiscovery · design · build · deployB / Your organisationClient teamsoperators · owners · IT · leadershipC / Live environmentProduction systemsworkflows · data · existing systems

06Operating principles

We sell outcomes, not models.

Technology changes. Business outcomes matter. We build solutions that work in the real world and deliver measurable results.

Approach
Problem-firstWe start from the business problem, not a product we need to place.
Technology
Model and platform neutralWe choose the model, platform or tool that fits, and change it when a better one does.
Objective
Measurable business outcomesSuccess is defined before we build, and measured after we deploy.

Team
Business + architecture + engineering + QAEvery engagement combines the people needed to make it work, not only to code it.

07Deployment team model

You choose the outcome. We build the team around it.

You shouldn’t have to work out how many engineers you need, what mix of skills they require, how QA should work, or who coordinates everything. Tell us what needs to get done. We build the team around the work.

01 · Choose the engineers you need

An engagement lead, a solution architect and QA & evaluation are always included.

08Capabilities

The tools we use to solve real problems.

We don’t force AI into every solution. We combine the technologies that make sense for the problem, the systems already in place and the environment the solution has to run in.

09How we deliver

Two tracks.One delivery.

Every engagement runs on two tracks at once: the technology that solves the problem, and the team and operating capacity that make it work in practice.

Built for real-world operations.

The problems, systems and deployments behind our work, organised by the business problem, not the technology.

11Quality

Built.Tested.Deployed.Measured.

Quality is how we deploy, not a phase at the end.

A system that works in a demo and fails in operations is not a deployment. Testing, evaluation and acceptance are planned before we build, run at every stage, and continue after launch.
