01Solutions / Build

From business problemto production system.

We work with organisations to identify where technology can create meaningful value, design the right solution, build it with the right team and put it into production.

03How it’s delivered

Nine stages, two tracks.

The lifecycle that takes a problem to production, with the team and operating capacity planned alongside the technology.
  1. Discover

Team track: Assess capacity and operating need

  2. Validate

Team track: Design the required team shape

  3. Prioritise

Team track: Source or allocate the right capability

  4. Design

Team track: Assign ownership and delivery roles

  5. Build

Team track: Deploy people into the work

  6. Test

Team track: Inspect capability and quality

  7. Deploy

Team track: Run the work in the client environment

  8. Measure

Team track: Measure client and economic outcomes

  9. Improve

The full lifecycle

Production, not prototype

The work doesn’t end at a prototype.

A pilot that never reaches operations has no business value. Every Build engagement is planned around the production environment, the people who will use it and the measures that will show it worked, and includes the option to keep running it with us.

Keep it running with Operate

04The team

The team is built around the work.

Every Build engagement has an engagement lead, a solution architect and QA & evaluation, plus engineering capacity sized to the problem.

01 · Choose the engineers you need

An engagement lead, a solution architect and QA & evaluation are always included.
