05Talent initiatives

Give young people real work to own.

We partner with universities, polytechnics and schools across Singapore, and other markets, to give students more than classroom exposure.

Through internships, industry projects and capability-building programmes, young people get the opportunity to work on real problems, contribute to real teams and take genuine ownership of their work.

We believe capability grows through responsibility. Our programmes are designed to give students the experience, accountability and confidence to grow, while creating pathways for promising talent to continue developing with us.
